The purpose of the work is to consider organization working process six-cylinder diesel engines with a power 116 and 156 kW exhaust gas recirculation. following systems components were used in experimental configurations engine: Common Rail BOSСH accumulator fuel injection system an pressure 140 MPa, equipped electro-hydraulic injectors seven-hole nozzle 500 mm3 hydraulic flow; direct MOTORPAL pump maximum 100 AZPI five-hole injectors; two combustion chambers volumes 55 56 cm3 bowl diameters 55.0 67.5 mm, respectively; cylinder heads providing 3.0–4.0 swirl ratio for system, 3.5–4.5 mechanical system. recirculation rate was set by throttling before turbine using rotary valve original design. tests have been conducted at characteristic points NRSC cycle: minimum idle speed 800 rpm, torque 1600 rated 2100 rpm. It has established that it possible achieve standards emissions harmful substances: on engine direct-action equipment semi-open chamber; supply Low Cost type open chamber.
